Graves Pierce Cardio Room
Take ½ hour out of your day to tone and work on your core. This class will focus on strengthening muscles in the core, which includes everything below the neck and above the knees. Strengthening the core can lead to better overall balance, body functionality for daily routines and more flexibility. This class will meet Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:00 pm, in Graves-Pierce Gym
