Yoga Stretch is a gentle practice for all fitness levels. This class involves a series of simple stretches that increase flexibility while incorporating light meditation. Yoga and stretch improves flexibility, increases muscle tone, improves breathing, helps to maintain a balanced metabolism and reduces stress. After the class, you should feel relaxed and refreshed! This class will meet Wednesdays, 11:30 am – noon, in Graves-Pierce Gym Cardio Room.
