This year on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, the world will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day in a new way: almost entirely online. While we’re able to celebrate individually and in our small, sheltered communities — whether in Alpine or elsewhere — in many ways, we can also join the larger virtual community celebrations.

We’ve put together a list of some options here, below. Also, the Wildenthal Library has posted a virtual book display featuring relevant eBook titles, magazines, and databases. There are so many more ways to celebrate! Tag us #srsusustainability when you share how you’re celebrating.

Wednesday, April 22, 11 AM CST: the Winter/Spring 2020 CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) Academic Conference Call series on the fiftieth anniversary of Earth Day, featuring Alice C.
