Do you find yourself spending considerable time thinking about the future, or dwelling on the past? Are you wanting to quit smoking, stop drinking, or drink less? Perhaps you have been feeling that something is missing, or you’re just curious about trying something new. If yes to any of these, perhaps Mindfulness Practice is for you. Join me in a supported group experience on Mondays and Friday in the month of July from 10 – 10:30 am in Ferguson Hall, Room 115 for a brief introduction and practice session. We will follow Jon Kabat-Zinn’s curriculum and will cover the following topics: Body Scanning, Mindful Standing, Breath Work, Breath & Body, Sounds & Thoughts, Breathing Space.
