When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives. We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better with others and our environment, we improve our focus, and we are kinder to ourselves. Let us walk you through the basics of how to meditate. We invite you to start your day with a twenty (20) minute silent group meditation. Meeting daily (M-F) at the SRSU Counseling Center (Ferguson Hall 112), SRSU Community members meditate for 20 minutes in silent, group meditation. Please arrive by 7:25 am to prepare for sitting.  The meditation starts precisely at 7:30 am, and concludes at 7:50 am.
