Get moving with these opportunities for full body workouts! All participants and fitness levels are welcome! Exercise has been shown to re-energize the body as well as refresh the mind by releasing endorphins into the system. Endorphins interact with receptors in the brain and nervous system to trigger positive feelings. Most workouts will use body weight or light dumbbells. Meeting Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays, from 1:00 – 1:30 pm, in the Graves-Pierce Gym Cardio Room (2nd floor).
