Meet at “The Fountain” – University Mall

This is one of the best things you can do for your mind and body on a regular basis. Walking barefoot on earth, or “earthing” has been a staple part of human and animal life since the beginning of time. In the past couple of generations, humans have made shoes, sandals and boots that insulate us from the natural energies of the Earth. The electromagnetic energy from the Earth has profound healing effects on the body. Grounding our bodies with barefoot exposure also has a powerful antiinflammatory effect that is a genetic requirement for optimal health. Meeting daily (M-F) for 15 minutes (3:05- 3:20 pm), at the south side of the Fountain in the SR Mall at, for Grounding/Earthing-Walking Group Meditation. We will remove our shoes, and walk barefooted on the grass in silence meditation until the bell rings. Please bring a towel to wipe your feet off when you are finished.
